Good evening,

The resources mentioned by Karleen will be helpful. Add to those, the
little WHO book titled Relactation (blue cover). I'm not sure, but it may
be available online. It's worth checking to see if it is.

See also my 1993  case series, which was the first article on relactation
in mothers  of children of over 12 months old in a Western country. (I had
a different surname then, Phillips.)
