Among the women who have had the CO2 laser surgery in our area, I have to
say this was never an instruction they received. In fact, they are told to
"go back to the IBCLC after surgery" for follow-up on the exercises and then
they return to him for a checkup in 3 days or so. Even with parents that
have been doing the exercises, he seems to find there is some re-attachment
occurring. Can't imagine this is different in the East Coast.
My question is: does this doctor see babies 3 - 5 days after using the CO2
Laser in order to confirm these instructions?
.just wondering.
