Hi Hadassah,
I would like to ask this mother what treatments does she usually use for
her psoriasis when she is NOT breastfeeding, both oral treatment and topic
treatment.
I have limited experience, but in the cases I´ve seen the nipple psoriasis
was controlled with topical steroid ointment, the same one these mothers
used on their elbows, knees and other areas at other tomes when psoriasis
was very active.
And this is a good chance to collaborate with your client´s specialist
(dermatologist or whoever is treating her)! It is always very interesting a
great chance for both of you to learn.
Warmly,
Kika
