If you live in the US then your best bet is to join USLCA. This
organization works on issues specific to those clinicians living and
working in the US. USLCA represents IBCLCs at the local, state, and federal
levels in policy making, insurance reimbursement, and job acquisition and
security. It provides professional educational opportunities such as
webinars and regional workshops and publishes Clinical Lactation. All of
this plus more is directed to issues unique to the United States.
