Hi Alla,

CarePoint Hoboken Medical Center and CentraState in Freehold, have non-RN IBCLC lactation consultants. I believe Jersey Shore University Hospital has at least one non-RN IBCLC (though most are RNs). University Hospital in Newark has had one. In NYC, NYU Langone Medical Center has them. Also where I used to work at Mt. Sinai Beth Israel, all the LCs were non-RN but the lactation dept there has closed down due to the impending closure of the the Mother Baby Unit.

Hope that helps,
Ellen Maughan, IBCLC
