Tina,
On my phone or laptop, I can answer FB messages in real time, catch up with my groups quickly and have a back-and-forth conversation when needed. None of that is possible on the listserve. That's what I meant about the email format being less effective.

it's for, to make the management of emails easy
and fun for you.
