Hello all,

I've been following LactNet for 2 years and this is my first post.  I have a friend of a friend in Rio who is in need of a lactation consultant.  From what I can see I suspect restrictive frenulum, but I obviously can't get a good look at it from San Francisco!  If baby does need a frenotomy, is this something that is done in Brazil?  Are there any Lactneters who live there and can recommend an ENT or pediatric dentist who can evaluate the baby and do the procedure?  I think the first step is an in-person lactation consultation, but I'd like to know what other practitioners/resources are available for this family if needed.
