Dear Friends,
I have a client who was asked to nurse in a private room at a church
recently and she was not happy about this. She is very pro-BF. MI BF Law
says, anytime, anywhere but churches are not mentioned in the law.
Massachusetts specifically has churches exempted in their BF law. Has
anyone had experiences with churches and public bf? My friend who is a
lawyer says churches often get away with not following laws due to
arguing religious freedom.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
Warmly,
--
