Dear Lactnet Friends:
How old is this doctor? The recommendation to change her gown and disinfect
her chest with each nursing sounds absolutely ancient, and superstitious.
Check LACTMED about any medications.
The CDC does not list viral pneumonia as a contraindication to
breastfeeding.
How will giving formula help anybody?
