There is a German manufacturer whose line of products includes 28mm conical nipple shields, the brand name is Mamivac and if you go the site you can ask if there's an Australian distributor. In the US there is just one distributor. Another way to access them here is through Amazon; I don't know if you have a local equivalent, if you do it might be quicker and easier that way.
