Hi Anne,
Thank you so much for your comment. I will definitely keep IGT in mind, but isn't IGT also caused by endocrine disruption, dysfunction, or insufficiency? If the breasts do not develop properly during one of the stages (embryogenesis, puberty, pregnancy), doesn't that necessarily have an endocrinologic etiology?
