Many years ago there was a thread sharing "who helped Lactnet members with breastfeeding when they had their first baby." It was interesting and fun to see who shared tips that helped our own members succeed. I remember two Lactnet members sharing that the housekeeper in their hospital room helped them by giving them tips. Others received help from unexpected places. I would love to hear more stories if anyone has one to share. My unexpected helper was a male hospital pharmacist who told me I should go to a LLL meeting and provided a telephone number.

Thanks!
