All in a days work: first time, quite young dad and mom were in our office - and I was helping with baby to latch.  Baby was only a few days old, a little hungry and both parents were very much interested in getting this breastfeeding thing to work.  Short discussion of good position, a pillow, wide mouth and baby went right on - no pain and mom finally relaxed.  Dad exclaimed "well, you are 100% mom now!".  Caught me off guard - inside I was ecstatic - I smiled big and said "you are all awesome" and finished the consult.
