I've had a lot of success with women who have tried power pumping increasing their milk supply, especially when combined with hand expression and hands on pumping. I also use the Kellymom resource. My question though is if they do power pumping over the course of a couple hours, how many standard pump sessions would this replace, do you think? Would you still have them pumping at least 7 other times during a 24 hour day? Because they are spending essentially 2 hours pumping, would it replace at least 2 regular pump sessions?
