Hello lactnetters,

Somewhere I heard that if a chicken pox infected mother...as a child...had chicken pox...and is now an adult- and breastfeeds her children...they have the immunity for chicken pox. If a child who is a girl gets the vaccine for chicken pox, grows up, and breastfeeds her children the children do not confer the immunity. Does anyone know anything about this? Or where i should look? Did i dream this? Lol

Thanks,
Amberly
