I have a question too.  Now that some US states have legalised the use of
cannabis, are we going to see more women using marijuana and breastfeeding,
and will policies in hospitals relax at all?

I believe marijuana is fairly freely sold in The Netherlands - do our Dutch
colleagues have any comments?
