The only exceptions are the radiation-sterilized manukas such as
Medihoney. No viable Clostridium spores, no risk of infant botulism. We
still don't want to feed anything but human milk to babies under 6 mos
old, but incidental ingestion of a tiny bit of Medihoney is not a risk.
