I have a postpartum mom who received Amiodarone, which has a half life of up to 105 days and is a L5 drug. This drug is used to treat and prevent certain types of life threatening arrhythmias. Mom wants to continue to pump and dump until her milk is safe for her 28 week premature baby.

Does anyone know how her milk can be tested to evaluate if Amiodarone is still in her milk?

Thanks
