I am looking for information on taking Domperidone (30 mg/day) and Lexapro 10 mg/day. Hale does not list it as incompatible but both lengthen the QT interval (although if Domperidone is taken in excess of this dose). The baby is now 30 4/7 weeks and 1 week old. Changing the Lexapro to another drug is not an option for this mom.
Thank you for your wisdom!
