Second and third the other responses, particularly the documentation. They have likely violated who knows what laws about confidentiality. I wonder if this is one of those times when you need to have the help of your superiors in communicating with the pediatrician. I'm also guessing this could be a Medi-Cal patient? Maybe a little probing on their part. It would be helpful to have documentation of the pediatrician's history of being non-responsive.
