Dear Lactnet Friends:
Lauren brings up a timely and challenging topic, the EMR.
In addition to modules for mothers and babies, there should be a module
specifically for BabyFriendly hospitals where the lactation report is sent
to both the mother's chart and to the babies.
In addition, the prenatal records (if there are any), should be part of the
babies' charts as this helps pediatricians.
