Our hospital is interested in initiating telehealth. The mother will set up an appointment with us and IBCLC will consult via "face-time". We have questions for those who are doing this. How is it going? Are there concerns with liability? Do you find it feasible? Do you feel confident of being able to give advice this way or do you then need to see the mother and baby in the office?
Thanks in Advance,
Polly Westra RN, IBCLC
