Milk banks do accept high lipase milk from screened donors. Our milk is pooled, so several moms’ milk goes into each batch. Also, often the babies who receive donor milk are not taking milk orally, so the taste is not an issue.
The milk must be raw, frozen milk. We cannot accept milk that moms have scalded for their own babies.

Would milk banks accept/use lipase/soapy milk? Curious, Pat in SNJ
