We have two documents from the Journal of Pediatrics. One from January 2010 regarding 96 hours in NICU and another from 2016 regarding the effects of extended freezer storage on integrity of human milk.
We would like to know what your storage guidelines are in your NICU. Have your recently changed your policies for longer times prior to being placed in the freezer? What research are you using?
