In my experience babies can develop a food intolerance at any time--even at 3 months. The change in stools with no other symptoms can be just a little tummy trouble ...or something else. The most common signs I see with a food intolerance are dry skin between the eyebrows, or cradle cap that comes out of nowhere or gets worse and/or eczema on the arms or legs. There are lots of others. I have a list of Signs & Symptoms of a Food Intolerance if any one would like a copy. This is kind of a "thing" with me as I had 3/6, more probably 4/6 with a dairy intolerance. This was years ago. Soy now is as much as an issue as dairy. And of course there are other foods, but they're much less common. Pat Bucknell IBCLCAvon Lake OH (a far western suburb of Cleveland along the south shore of Lake Erie)
