Recently had a baby who refused to latch/nurse after TT lasered at 3 weeks. Mom tried everything we could think of. Was pumping about 8 oz/day. Went back to work and still persisted. Worked up to 18 oz/day. Finally ready to give up. Laid down STS to nap on Memorial Day and baby latched on! Nurses am and evening, more milk! Baby was 4 mo old the day she decided to nurse! Not sure what changed her mind, maybe all the STS and co-bathing???
Personally I think every bit of pumpe milk kept the baby healthy. Pat in SNJ
