Hi,
I work at one hospital, relief, status since my FT LC position.  There we have been using CHG wipes a few years
for the Unscheduled Cesarean and for scheduled that Mom did not wash with soap given to them during OB visit.
Same as Theresa mentioned, ONLY abdomen.  I don't understand Chin to Toes....above or below the abdomen does not come in contact with the cesarean incision area.    
We are working in direction of STS in OR, but currently just as soon as Mom moved to LDRP room for recovery.
OR is on the same unit so it typically within the first hour.
