<Priority to feeding/expressing for baby would be my guess
with toddler feeding after baby's needs have been met.
Most 3 year olds would cope with some reduced access -this
mum can have open unlimited access to her baby and will be
provided with hospital accomodation and food etc just yards
away from baby and access to electric hospital grade double
pump on demand until baby is ready for discharge-possibly
 4-6 weeks.>

Another possibility would be for the 3 year old to take the abundant fore milk, then pump for higher calorie hind milk. Not quite sure 3 year old's nursing pattern, personality, etc. and how that would impact. Initially pumping for baby first might be necessary until milk volume increases, of course. But after that, instead of pumping to accommodate baby's limited intake capacity, why not let the 3 year old have it?
