Thanks to those of you who replied on and off list to my query about the Spectra Dew pump.  My colleague followed up with this mom today on their day of discharge and suggested she get a Lactina from WIC.  I don't see that we have any follow up visits scheduled with her so she may have opted to just get help from WIC and/or her postpartum doula.  If she returns to our practice, I will update the list.
