Yes! Velopharyngeal Insufficiency or cleft of soft palate. I caught one in an older baby that was overlooked by others simply because I had just read an article about this type cleft and milk leaking from the baby's nose shortly before the mom asked me about it. Sure enough the baby had a cleft.
