This baby is not pooping. It does not matter that she is peeing. What is her weight? The "rule of fours" is that a well feeding breastfed baby shall have four credit card sized yellow seedy stools per day from the end of the fourth day to the end of the fourth week. She is not old enough to be stooling so infrequently. Baby is not getting enough milk until proven otherwise.
