Yes.  For health claims and allergy sufferers.  Demand is high in some
areas.

Juanse, if I knew the answer, I wouldn't tell you until I patented it : )
I apologize for not yet having the time to post the full results, but I
doubt that the limiting factor was amino acids or microelements.
