Pondering your thought process.  Not on board yet but listening....


Who what and where would be the best practices?  Things that work in CA,  do
not work in IL,  or IA or.. the list goes on as you know.  And would we be
judging things as sentinels?  Or just trying to keep them alive??  I see a
lot of variables and a lot of different interpations.......seems to me from
this persecpective a insurmountable mountain, destined to muddy the water
even more.....
