So, to push a little on this....

Dr. Gordina, I'm unclear if you think the LC needed to improve communication.  She said:

The IM doc told me no milk in the eyes.  I said I have read studies and papers regarding the benefits.......she said, no milk in my patients eyes.....

I heard her and will not speak to her patients about using mom milk for anything.  Want to share research with the facility so they are exposed to other remedies.<<<

Would this not have demonstrated respectful and appropriately informative lactation advocacy on the part of the LC?
