This product has not been tested at all. I talked with some neos and experienced folks. When you homogenize milk, you destroy some of the properties of the fat globule that are protective. The sterilization process that makes the milk "shelf-stable" has not been tested that we know of. The company owner has not provided any information about the testing of this product, its effectiveness or benefit. BEWARE! Just because it's cheaper doesn't make it better.

Subject: Medolac???

Hey all-
Wondering what others know or have heard about Medolac product? We currently use Prolacta in our NICU. The Medolac contacted our dietician the other day and I believe is coming to meet with her tomorrow. The dietician asked if I knew anything which I do not so thought I would throw it out here for comments??
Thanks!
