Hair falling out when infant is about 7-8 mo old is fairly normal.  Hives could be DMER or simply an allergic reaction to something she is eating, taking (pills) or using (new laundry soap etc)  I don't think weaning will help her PTSD.  What was her stressor???  Pat in SNJ
