I have never heard that strong emotion is going to hurt someone when
breastfeeding. Mothers all over the world have been doing work, and having
strong emotions for eons. Whoever said this is crazy,... do what fits for
you. Be safe. Make sure you pump and don't have full breasts that straps
will pull on... but strong emotions? enjoy 'em. Otherwise, how the heck
would we ever have a strong emotion like love, joy, anger, etc. Do they
advise against orgasm? I mean, really?
