Does anyone have experience writing letters to an embassy requesting that breastfeeding mother be allowed to come with dad and 3-4 mos old baby from another country to have surgery for a seizure disorder. Baby is exclusively breastfeeding and refuses to take a bottle. (SMART BABY). But, mom is being refused a VISA by the US embassy in Liberia.
