Our LLL group plans to "entertain" prospective leaders early in Jan to see where they are on applying. I know that several of them desire to move on to IBCLC and LLLLeadership is a good place to start. So many of us started there in 1985. Hard to believe that was 30 years ago when we first sat for "the Exam". Not looking foward to another in 2016. IBLCE doesn't seem to want to start an emeritus class for us very old timers who are busy seeing moms, writing books, speaking at conferences. We can hope that they will eventually realize our worth and make life a little easier for us by not requiring an exam every 10 years!
