At our hospital we have this scripted

How do you intend - plan on feeding your baby while in the hosptial?
Breastfeeding means your baby will not recieve anything but your milk.
If you need help the staff will help you nurse your baby everytime she wakes up

If they choose to do both - breast with supplementation
We ask
When do you want your baby to be supplmented?
Then teach based on her answer
At night so I can sleep
Until my milk comes in
after every feeding so does not get jaundice

If the choose formula we ask
What have you heard about breastfeeding?
