Hello all
A client has been using shield and pumping due to 2week old inability to latch . Pumping, 22and24 sixe flanges too large--nipple does not stretch far enough to reach cylinder and rigid cup of flange doesn't touch her breast. Will be trying smaller size, hand expression, and silicone insert. Any advice? Also,a hat about the " one size fits all" soft silicone flanges on a couple of pumps I've read about? (Is it OK to name them?)
Thanks,
Melinda
