We have no idea how Medolac is processing the milk. Ms. Medo has not released any particulars, nor any research regarding her proprietary processing method re how it changes the milk.
As a neonatologist, I need to see the data to prove that her method is safe and preserves more of the milk's immunologic properties than other methods.
It is still a commercial company - no guarantee that all the infants who need donor milk will get it.
