I am curious to find out how they treat the milk for shelf stability. With
cows' milk, this is done via ultra high temperature (UHT) processing, and I
can only imagine how much this changes various components of the
breastmilk. I suppose as long as it is benign, it's still better than
formula and if it gets donor milk cheap enough for more families to have
access, that's a good thing, but it's far from ideal.
