Hi Lactneters!
I have client who I'd love some input about. PTP. I originally saw her at day 3 for poor feeding and baby ended up being down 13%. Hx hypothyroid. Worked with them several times and they got to a good place, everything was working (no bloodwork done as things were going well). She recently contacted me at 5 months regarding managing oversupply. I gave her some strategies and suggested testing her thyroid to see where she was. She just got back to me and her TSH is 5.3. Free T4 0.8. Can one be hypothyroid and have oversupply? I always thought it was associated with low supply. Thanks for your insight!
