Dear Friends,
I second everything Margaret said. I would add that using ultrasonic
treatment can be amazing. I had a client who was a physical therapist
with chronic plugs. I told her to try vibration which helped but didn't
clear them completely. I then told her that I had heard that using
ultrasound was suppose to be quite successful, I am not even sure who I
heard this from, but didn't know where or how to do this. This mother
had a machine at her office and with the permission of her boss,
researched treatment options and has come up with a highly effective
method of resolving these chronic plugs. I have only had five people
choose to do this over 1.5 years but it worked beautifully for all.
Completely resolved with no recurrence.
This mother has developed a protocol and coding for the procedure so
insurance pays for it. I should have her write this up for Clinical
Lactation! I just thought of that.
Thank you,
Warmly,
