So what verbiage are they saying that you need to use if the mother has a medical condition, such as double mastectomy, breast surgery, HIV? "Mother refuses to breastfeed?" I don't think what they are saying is right. The verbiage says, "Chose not to breastfeed." Which is better anyway, but we use, "Mother elects exclusive formula feeding after receiving education about the benefits of breastfeeding."
