Marie,
I personally would recommend keeping your preparation as simple and as
streamlined as possible.
Start with Linda Smith's test prep book/on-line tests (to through one
practice test to identify your weaknesses both in knowledge and computer
exam taking skills) then review Breastfeeding Atlas and Breastfeeding
and Human Lactation and then, to address the issues that you are not
comfortable with - any of the reputable materials you are mentioning.
Through your readings make sure to re-take tests on line, that will
prepare you for the computer exam. It does take some practice, but you
can reasonably easily master it.
Good luck,
Alla
