Not much help but I did have a co-leader years ago that this happened with,
both times she nursed. The first time had no idea why one breast would dry
up around 2 - 3 months. With her second she new she was getting close to
when it happened the last time, rented a pump and pumped between nursings.
The milk still dried up. She was able to continue nursing on just the one
breast. We never had an explaination.
