We have a huge issue here with most paediatricians and many well-baby clinic staff insisting that babies begin eating solid food at 4 months. WHO and our own National Health Policy advocates waiting until around 6 months. The EAT study (link below) is adding fuel to the 4-month camp. I find the article confusing. I admit I am not too good at reading research papers! I would welcome some wise brains to comment on this so I can understand better.
