I just had to review the California state law regarding pumping while at work.
My sister, who plans on pumping minimum 1 year & probably much longer, needed the law to give to her employer who told her she could only pump 1 year. (Federal law wording)
It was nice to see that it a) Applies to ALL employees regardless of company size - she works for a small private school. b) There is no age limit, or age given on the law.
Who ever helped to write this law, my sister & infant nephew thanks you!!!!
(Not that they won't still give her a hard time, it was just so nice to see the wording, and that it was written better than the Federal law.)
